Acoustic Alchemy's "This Way"

I wondered what the source of the varied sound was, and opening an AA disc with record noise, horrible idea. They are known for great soudning CD's why have record noise?

My other gripe with that CD is that on the best song, King Carlos, they mix down Myles guitar. I saw them live and his solo WAILED, it rips, it went five minutes. Put Santana to shame.

Yet on the CD his entire playing on King Carlos is mixed back behind the air conditioner. Even his solo!!! That's what happens when the other guy owns the name to the band.
