Trying to get you away from the computer, debating a subject that no one agrees on, and on which no minds have changed in decades, with a retired "Floyd R. Turbo" who suffers from Irritable Male Syndrome (2007 national Poster Boy) ... and get you back to listening to good music, with no screen in front of you.

Sometimes audiophiles forget the hobby is based on a love of recorded music ... and get too much into "the equipment" and "the sound",
which are two distractions from "the music".

If I were to tell you that your stereo made Frank Sinatra sound like Tiny Tim singing through Bogen PA amps connected to Blose Acoustimess Shreikers, and you got offended, then I'd suggest your ego was too closely linked with your equipment. That's usually a male thing. We males endlessly debate our equipment and sound quality to the point that we don't even realize we've heard the same album three times in a row.
