That is one of the dumber statements I have heard over the years: acoustic recording, electrical recording, magnetic tape recording and editing, shellac discs, 78 RPMs, mono LPs, Dynagroove, Microgroove, direct to disc, metal mastered, 45 RPM LPs, 45/45 stereo, hill and dale recordings, vinyl, virgin vinyl, QUIEX, 180 gram, 200 gram vinyl, the list goes on.
Why is it that digital, a much newer method, is not allowed refinement as it develops?
If your problem is with one of the early slogans of CD I have a question for you: did Nipper really think it was his master's voice?
