Yean....I figured that out, but I ran into a dude on YT that showed me how it could be done. Check it out and tell me what you think. It involves a converter box which you plug in your HDMI cable fro .......

It's not that bad currently. I purchased a 60" flat screen that is entirely wrapped in 1/4" thick wool quilt that sits upon the window frame leaving no R/F signals or glare to speak of. The quilt feat .......

No, I didn't. This was due to a good friend bringing an original as well as an audiophile 180 gram pressing. Both issues showed me that the digital had a harder and more brittle sound. My copy is simp .......

The 6n1P is longer the amps driver tubes. Instead Paul placed a 5965/12AV7 into the new configuration. I believe he did put a soft start kit into the mix. The Sophia incident was a unique situation .......

The Sophias as well as Meshplates are not quite a razor sharp in their presentations as the RCAs, but the new tubes are a bit more lush. It comes down to a subjective preference. Tom B. .......

A pro shot of Michael Cadiz's 30th instrument that I was honored to purchase in 2015. Julian certainly wasn't my favorite (John Williams) guitarist and he proved it somewhat in Tacoma in the mid 9 .......

I prefer Menuhin's LVB VC with his pal Willie Furtwangler. I have it on an early 50's recording on UK vinyl. It's a winner. There was also a 1947 recording with both of them performing LVB's VC. So .......

My experience dealing direct with the Benz factory was a positive experience. I turned in my broken 9 year old Ruby ll and in about 5 months I received a completely re-built Ruby lll !! The total cost .......

I love the Orfeo-Live recordings of Hans Knappertsbusch. They're great performances with some incredible sonics regardless of their age. Try him some time. His Bruckner is closer to Klemperer .......

That's a great recording/performance of Schumann. Novaes's Schumann is'nt quite up to the transcendence of Sviatoslav Richter, but she's a refreshing alternative at times. Kempff is up there as well.. .......

I was at Awalt High.....in the same school district as Los Altos and the original Mt View High on Castro street.....class of 1967. Awalt was renamed Mt View High in the early 80s after the original .......

I loved my two Rega P5s. Had them for about a year. I had one fixed up with Helikon Mono most all the time. I swapped my Benz Ruby, Koetsu Urishi, and Benz L2 in and out whenever I wanted a change .......

I saw Janice about 20 times....she got better and better every few months or so. She was no beauty, but let's just say she had the ability to move her body in such a way that you didn't really notice .......

In 1971 I was still stoned out of my gord. By 1974 however, I started shooting concerts like mad. The usual was 6 rolls of 36 Tri X for each act. I loved B/W. Unfortunately, my scans suck..... .......

I'm weird.....I have had all my Lps in those sealable clear plastic sleeves from Japan for about 10 years now. Most everybody here hates those things....the sticky sealing can ruin a Lp cover if yo .......
