Well, I ordered it anyway. Most of Hot Rocks consist of their UK Decca recordings that have always b.en superior recordings when compared to their Atlantic/Virgin catalogue. Somehow, I question the validity of your opinion. Sticky fingers is one of the truly great rock alb.ms of all times and I find it hard to b.lieve that the recording is going to sound as if it was taken from a stadium.
Yes, vinyl is the ultimate......b.t I don't have a TT any longer, so my 4,000 Ls don't do me much good :(
