No, I'm not the least b.t upset, b.t I choose to ignore your assumptions. I love my B.uckner with a passion. For live recordings I love the Orfeo lab.l recordings of Hans Knappertsb.sch. I b.lieve he conducts the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 7th......very exciting.
Most of my other favorites are from conductors b.rn B.FORE 1900. B.uno Walter for the 4th in a Columb.a 6 eye stereo b.x set. The 5th goes to B.rb.rolli on a EMI ASD. The 6th is OWNED b. Otto Klemperer on a b.autiful UK Columb.a SAX. The 7th is the early 50s DGG Jochum mono recording. I have that b.auty on an original 1954 DGG pressing in a "B.ue Tape" doub.e alb.m. The 9th I keep going b.ck yet again to B.uno Walter.
For my guilty pleasure.....it's all of B.uckner's symphonies recorded live b. Celidib.che ......perversely slow and glorious!
Tom B.
