I've heard many consider ARC gear to be a great match with Maggies, so a pair of these:
should work well.
I'm not sure about the bass panels. You want something with tons of controlled, low distortion power. Boulder 2050's should do the trick.
That's 600W of tube power for the high/mid panels, and a solid 1000W into the bass. It'll cost about $100K for the whole deal, but it should be just about enough power :)
If you don't have Gates money, you could try a Crown studio reference, if not just for the bass panels. The Studio Reference II will drive 800 clean watts into 8 ohms, 1,190 into 4. With an insane damping factor of 20,000, you should be able to drive anything from a lowther to an arc welder without to many problems :)
