Shoot them trolls dead... And when they come back as zombies? Shoot 'em again...

Any obvious and abusive ad hominem post deserves an immediate vacation. Keep it simple. Call somebody an 'idiot', 'moron', or 'turd' (as in current threads). Poof. Gone for 3 days. Come back do it again? Gone for a week. Do it again? Near death penalty!! Gone for month.
