Sometimes I miss the old flame wars on rec.audio...

It was a time when insults were intelligent and amusing. Sadly, too many people around here simply can not express a serious argument and resort to calling anyone that has a differing opinion an idiot, a moron, a butt buddy and worse.

I didn't delete the Roe vs. Wade thread though I suspected that it would go south rather quickly. While you suggest that my moderation is biased, I feel that the vast majority of my deletes invole the same players and are about insults that have no logical reason to exist in furthering the topic in a civil way.

Do read the responses in this thread. About a half dozen people added nothing of value save insults. Had I deleted all of those, little would be left.

Now, let's move this along....
