You regularly post in Computer Audio assorted garbage that doesn't belong there (here's that "hint" thing again that you struggle with - it's supposed to be about AUDIO).
Not just that - the garbage that you post has actually no relation to "computer" part of it, either. It's just your being the assclown jerk that you are, and the irrational hatred towards Microsoft - nothing beyond that.
As to why it was moved to Whiner's - I guess because there's no better place to move it to. Save for oblivion - meaning, just deleting it, preferably together with your whole grating, useless participation.
