DRD 300B Upgrades

I have these amps (basic version) in my system now for a month. So far, I am enjoying them alot, within the limitations imposed by low-sensitivity speakers. New horns should be up in another month.
Question for the SET veterans: Can you suggest some upgrades and prioritize their benefits? I understand that at one time there was a "deluxe" version of this amp. What was the difference in components between the two versions?
Desired upgrade benefits include improved low-level detail, dynamics, transparency and harmonic texture.
