I don't know if there is a moral. I used to take vitamins. Now I eat a big salad every day with tomatoes, and I eat a lot of fruits, especially pineapple. And I don't spend any money on vitamins. I feel fine, but eventually I will get sick and die. I don't think it's any sort of conspiracy, it's just the way life goes. You are born and you die. If anything, I feel grateful to be in a society and a time when so many food choices are available to me. It's not that way all over the world, not by a long shot.
