thus interpretations are offered by various thinkers (see wikipedia article linked). Generally, it is thought that being born out of the country to U.S. citizens does fall under "natural born." But it would be litigated if the situation ever arose in reality. This fantasy concerning Obama has attempted to be litigated by nutcases, with pronounced lack of success.
