Congratulations on your new turntable. Your review inspired me to go to the Well Tempered website and read all of the material, manuals, and reviews on the Amadeus. It is a very informative and a well designed website. The Amadeus GT is a beautiful product and I am glad you were able to get the last acrylic model. It is gorgeous.

I find the simplicity and design of the Amadeus to be attractive and beautiful. I have always enjoyed my Linn LP12 (Lingo, Ekos, Cirkus, Trampoline, Akiva, Boston Mat One carbon TT mat, TTWeight Clamp) for its minimalist look and ease of use. I love the sound of my LP12 but if I were in the market for a new turntable, I would seriously look at the Amadeus. In the case of the Amadeus, I must say "less is obviously more."
