Hi Andrew,
What sort of level did you use to measure azimuth degrees? I need to buy one.
Also, what test record or records are you using?
The good test records are few and far between these days. I try to preserve mine by playing them as little as possible. For example, when I do a frequency response measurement, I make a digital copy and do my measurements from the digital copy. That way I can repeat specific tracks as often as needed without actually replaying the test record. Of course, when you alter azimuth or VTA, then you obviously have to play the test record all over again.
You're doing great work! I'll be interested in seeing the results from your antiskating measurements.
Best regards,
John Elison
