I have a Digital Blue QX5 (easy to find on Amazon) that works pretty well. The key thing is to have lots of light from more than one angle. I use a halogen desk lamp for this as the built-in LEDs are inadequate. There's not much depth of field at 200x so you need a really steady platform for the cartridge and a steady mount for the scope. But yeah, you can see your stylus in great detail
