That's exactly where I'm at with my volume control and output. I'm not coming close to overloading my phono stage. At 11:00 I'm rocking my house! Later into the evening I listen at lower levels so I need some latitude in the bottom quarter of the V pot. I have some bullet RCA
-10dB attenuators that brings it down just about perfect but they degrade the sound. I've done my research and just about every linestage out there is around 20dB. We need more 6-15 dB linestages.
