Help needed with damaged goods.

Hello everybody. It has been a few months since I've posted here. I've been unable to play any records and checking in with this forum was depressing. I need some help with a problem.

Back in June, I purchased a Benz Glider H2 from Galen Carol Audio in Texas. The cart arrived damaged. Galen asked me to send it back which I did.

After a couple months of stalling and passing the buck between GCA, Musical Surroundings and Benz Micro, I was informed that the "damage was not covered under warranty." I never even opened the case, it was easy to see there was damage once the case was out of the shipping box. In one email they admitted the case showed signs of damage but still refuse to replace the cart. Unfortunately, I purchased the cart with a debit card and have no recourse available through my bank.

Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas on how I can get my money back?
