Thanks, interesting :-)5th harmonic, though it is a pleasing harmonic by itself, would be a problem if we look at it from a musical perspective. Sure, thirds are very common in vocal harmonies for example, but those harmonies always alternate between major and minor thirds, and sometimes 4ths also, to fit in with the musical scale. A 5th harmonic overtone would always be a strict major third, regardless of the musical scale. This sounds at least slightly nasty, although not nearly as nasty as major sevenths, of course.
Pipe organs (and Hammonds too) usually have a fifth harmonic stop. I find these very distracting to listen to. The fifths (3rd harmonic) are by far easier, and the octaves (2nd and 4th) sound very clean and musical, to me. 2nd and 4th harmonics would at least in theory cause far less damage, as it doesn't conflict with the harmonies within the music. The 3rd and 6th harmonic are fifths, and would be only slightly worse.
