There is definitely something special about a good idler-wheel design. My Lenco L75 just sounds so powerful and dynamic. The rumble can be minimized in several ways, although I don't think it is a serious problem in this TT. On the other hand, I had a Dual 1209 that made me listen to CD's. Awful rumble and amazingly bad torque for an idler-driven TT. Of course there are better Duals ;-)
