Well, I considered this. It certainly makes sense from one standpoint.

But why spend the money for a piece of gear that you don't want? It would just take that much longer to get back into the Glider. In addition I was spending $50+/month on records. When I'm not spinning I'm not buying. So, 8 months later the money I wasn't spending on LPs easily paid for the cart.

(Plus, it was hockey season and I had the NHL package. Funny how the arrival of the new cart coincided with the end of the Cup finals.)

At this point I'm just hoping the dealer realizes he did a crappy packing job and sends me a replacement.
