How much weight to add to Dual 704 headshell for best tracking w/ Grado Silver?

I must admit I don't know much about these things...in terms of arm and cartridge matching. It has been brought to my attention that I should try adding some weight to the headshell on my Dual 704 arm to achieve better tracking from my Grado Prestige Silver cartridge. Tomorrow, I plan to order some headshell weights. But how much weight should I add? Here are the specs for my table and cartridge. Help would be appreciated:
