Don't forget the SE Gyrodec,looks better than the full blown acrylic version(looks better,more modern,less overall size)and arguably sounds better.(IMO)And will/should cost a few hundred dollars less due to less acrylic.
I purchased a full acrylic Orbe,I've since purchased the spider kit,fitted the spiders and it looks far better.
To keep dust off the platter,simply cover it with an old record,job done.
