SME tonearm mounting cap screws

Where oh where can I find these things? I've checked three hardware stores in town and the closest thing I can find is an M3 zinc phillips head. I'm looking for black oxide M3 socket cap screws (hex) for the used SME IV.Vi I bought a while ago and now want to mount. And I need the associated nuts and washers also.
I've tried numerous on-line sources and most either don't have them or only have them in large quantities. I realize I could buy them directly from Sumiko. Those guys are great but I think their prices on these could make it worth a little search time.
