As most of us have realized long ago, it takes a while to become an audiophile and learn what to listen for to discern differences in equipment. You don't just declare a love for reproduced sound and arrive automatically -- although many people believe that is the case.Its like red wine, on first tasting it you think its cr*p, then you become interested as you learn more about it and the complexity and layering of flavors, then you grow to love it!
You may have at least gotten some of your friends interested in vinyl and perhaps they'll decide to learn more. Nice work!
