Home Vinyl Asylum

Welcome Licorice Pizza (LP) lovers! Setup guides and Vinyl FAQ.

If you get that Sears turntable, don't play your "fine vinyl"

on it. It could, and probably will, damage the vinyl due to an inability to align the cartridge (or even worse, a needle) accurately. Your system clearly has the resolving capability so that you would hear the damage.

Now, off of my soapbox, I know what you're trying to say. And I think you deserve an award for getting people into vinyl. Some Inmates don't want the competition for scarce LPs - that's bunk! The higher the demand for LPs, the more LPs there will be for all of us!

We should all be recruiting new vinyl fanatics!
