That by using powerful magnets, the arm is completely rigid in the horizontal plane, which allows the unipivot to work as in a textbook fashion.But this is not at all what Mark is saying.
I think Graham is also using rare earth high intensity magnets on his new unipivot. The magazines thought this was way cool.
I hear great things about unipivots, someday I hope one will find its way to my table!
