Hi-Fi Sound v HFNRR Test Record

I 've read with interest the earlier thread re inner track distortion.
I have the old Hi-Fi Sound HSF75 test record,circa 1974 and I can track test two and three,side one, with no noticeable distortion.They state on sleeve, "test three is a challege to high fidelity components of the most advanced design and performance".
But of course its a 30 year old test record.
My question , is the current HFNRR test record more of a challenge or should I leave well alone?
