Thin highs with no decay - is my stylus shot ?

My system also has greatly reduced soundstage depth, poor focus, and muddy bass. It sounds to me like the stylus has gone to the great beyond. I'm interested in opinions because this happened very quickly - last week it was fine. I've rechecked VTA, VTF and alignment to ensure that nothing moved on its own. They're all fine.

My Benz Glider (series 2) cartridge has about 345 hours on it (460 LPs). It shouldn't have died this soon. Could I have hastened its end by becoming an avid user of the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser (MCME) for stylus cleaning?

Thanks!
Terry
