Music Hall Customer Service gets A++

There was a thread a coupla few weeks back describing a bad experience with Music Hall customer service. My recent experience was nothing but positive.

The cartridge on my 2-month-old MMF-7 began buzzing recently. I sent an email to MH's customer service and got a reply from Roy Hall himself asking me to contact him by phone. During the call he lead me through a troubleshooting routine that determined the problem was definitely with the cartridge. He asked me to send it back and I had a brand new replacement in about a week.

Oh yeah, the table and cartridge sound great.
