It looks like I may be selling my pre-amp (Rogue 99 Magnum W/ phono) and plugging my sources directly into my Berning ZH270 amp.
Therefore I'll be needing a phono stage for my Dynavector 20X-H that's mounted on a VPI Scout. Currently I'm using the phono board in the Rogue which sounds great. I had a Bottlehead Seduction with the C4S previously with this cart & turntable which sounded good too, but just a touch slower and softer than the Rogue.
So, I'm looking for something that sounds at least as good as the Rogue phono stage, and would like to keep it under $500.
What do you guys suggest?
