Two cleaning questions please

(1)Are Disc Doctor products avaliable in the UK?

(2)Prior to purchasing a VPI RCM,I used a manual machine to clean.Using distilled water and Isopropanol mix only.Ihave approx. 1 litre of unused Isopropanol and would grateful for your opinions/formulas for using the above.Or should I seek out a named brand?
