Re: Picking up from an earlier post,

When I bought mine the Day in the Life omission was not that well known at the time, although it was heard of.

I paid £10 for it,from a second hand hi-fi/record shop, just outside of Exeter Devon UK, as a near mint Pepper, about 10-12 yrs ago.

I did not know of the omission then, only spotted it about a year later, when looking at,not playing,my Beatles collection.

I have not played it as yet(as I have other Peppers)but as I recall there are no centre spindal marks and the vinyl looks mint, not sure about the sleeve,I'll have to dig it out.

A true story about this actual LP,I took it to a Beatles Day at the Bonnington Hotel London, about 8-10 yrs ago, give or take.
A Record Collector guy was there called Andy(can't remember his 2nd name)he asked me to photo-copy the lable and send it to him, which I did.

Apparently it was featured in the Record Collector some time later, with a picture of my lable.I've contacted R/C and they cannot or will not confirm this.Any info would be appreciated,as I would like that edition.

Also it was'nt listed in "Rare Record Price Guide" before this either,I should have kept quiet and found some more, before others did.
