Sure, it could be fishy, there is always the possibility that the seller searched for a pic online before taking one of his own. I often scan the internet looking for pics of books/movies/etc..., before I break out my digital camera.If you think the picture has been posted elsewhere, the true test would be asking the seller if the pic is of the actual item. If he says it is, then you KNOW it is bogus!
