Personally, I would have kept the TfF record, but that's just me.I thought about that extra cork mat deal, but I just make sure I don't put a really dirty record on the cleaning platter and periodically wipe the mat clean. I have not had any problems with re-contamination that I can tell.
The 16.5 is a hell of a machine, huh?
