Actually the point may be moot. My resources in Japan indicate that Micro Seiki is still highly desired domestically, and that availability may be almost as difficult as in the US. As for support, that is an issue too, since the company is gone. Many owners tout reliability and build quality as a strength in Micro Seiki. They appear to be very solid and built to last for a long time.

Can anyone share information on current market pricing. Audiogon Blue book seems to be out of touch on these. Thanks
