While being able to upgrade could be a nice option to have, I don't think the upgradability is a major advantage as it is often touted around here.IMHO, the only time it can be considered as such is when the potential buyer has auditioned the final, upgraded deck and carefully compared with its competitions. If the buyer feels confident that the upgraded deck would be his chosen path, and crosses his fingers that his opinion would not change in the meantime, then by all means go for it. Otherwise, I would think of the upgradability as a nice perk to have on the side but nothing more.
