Welcome Licorice Pizza (LP) lovers! Setup guides and Vinyl FAQ.

Not a big fan of big band, but I do like June Christy. Also found an autographed

copy of Jay McShann "Going to Kansas City." Never heard of the Master Jazz Recordings label, but the performance and sound of the McShann LP are excellent. Not bad for $.85 apiece on senior discount.

Also found the following LPs in the same pile, and I am still deciding what to keep. The mildew on the Correa record and jacket was free.

Another excellent LP in the pile was a Teddy Wilson trio with Jo Jones and Milt Hinton called "For Quiet Lovers." I think a couple tunes were for rabbits and not humans. The record has a few audible scratches that I can tolerate, but the jacket is still suffering from mildew. I am using Concrobium instead of clorox, but the mildew is winning. Any other suggestions are welcomed.
