depending on the artists. Blues, old timey, and jazz are your best bet for artists.

I have donated some unwanted 78s to the local library, as thrift stores are sure bet for breakage. I occasionally see 78s in the thrifts, but not as much in Alaska compared to the lower 48. I once sold 600 78s for $60, if that helps your decision.
