I have been using them for a couple of years now. The biggest improvement to my Michell Orbe ever. The "O" ring suspension gets rid of the sound generated by the springs and lowers the exaggeration of wow caused by off centre records by no longer allowing lateral movement of the chassis, platter and bearing with relation to the motor pulley.
The combination of the new suspension and the ceramic ball bearings improves the self noise of the turntable to the extent that at normal listening levels playing an unmodulated groove results in (subjective) dead silence with no sound of a stylus tracking the groove until the music starts.
BTW, Peter has also been granted a UK patent for the suspension innovation.
One other area for improvement on Gyro or Orbe turntables concerns the coupling of arm board to chassis.J A Michell themselves made an improvement to John Michells original design for this but others have also tried ( e.g. Gerd Pedersen). I note that Peter now has produced a solution for this too. I use the Pedersen solution but Peter's looks great and I believe is cheaper.
Until fairly recently these modifications were available directly from Peter only but there is now a commercial outlet ( I guess they would supply US customers):
