Although that is true for many (most) pickup arms I am not sure that it is so with the FR64. I just checked the user manual for the FR64 on Vinyl Engine and there is no reference to being able to adjust the cueing device height. In fact to the contrary there is a warning that setting the arm height past a certain point will foul the top of the cueing device.
