that's helpful, thank you for taking the time to explain your workflow.

As I begin this 10 year delayed project (had to get rid of the wife first. I swear her yelling at me would have been audible in the recordings!) I am going to focus on just getting the LPs all ripped.

So I will do minimal processing, just adding RIAA if I decide to record raw.

EQ for cartridge/preamp corrections, converting full LP sides into tracks, removing clicks and pops, etc. can be put off until I can implement an automated solution.

So long as I maintain the same hardware I can determine what that EQ and other post processing settings should be at a later time. Automating that post processing should be possible if I use the same physical setup and settings for digitizing all the LPs (I was a programmer for 25 years).

And later if I find any individual recordings have any issues, I can always deal with them.

It is encouraging that you have found your recordings to be very satisfactory and at least as enjoyable as downloads. My limited tests indicate the same for me.
