It depends how much you want to spend. Vibraplane and Minus-K Technology certainly work.
However I do not think that your problem is actually caused by acoustic feedback ( though it may be exacerbated by it). For this to occur you need to have sound coming out of your loudspeakers which is then picked up via the turntable/pickup and sent back to the loudspeaker by the amplifier and so on in a loop. However you say that you are getting the issue without the turntable playing a record. So where does the sound from the loudspeakers come from? You have a hum problem.
