.....from the outer, to inner part of the platter, then it is hum from the motor, and Hagerman Technology makes the Humbucker for $49 plus shipping and that will cure it.If it does not change, then try redressing the arm cable, making sure not to run it with power cables. As well, check the headshell wires to make sure that all are securely on the cartridge posts. Good luck.
