RE: Best moving magnet cartridge to use with

If you can find a standard mount(not the integrated head shell version) of the Technic EPC205 MK2 MM grab it. It was a great cartridge decades ago and if you believe some of the latest issues of HI FI News it's still state of the art. Just check the diamond and if needed have someone good like Soundsmith replace it.
