Nagaoka MP-150 or Sumiko Moonnstone food Rega P2?

Has anyone heard the new Sumiko Moonstone? Fremer gives it a thumbs up in the recent Analogue Planet newsletter. This is for my daughter's Rega P2 (newest version P2, phono input is through Heed Elixir). I was set on the Nagaoka MP-150, but wonder how the two cartidges compare.

Also, does anyone know if you need spacers or the wool mat when using either of these two cartridges on a P2. I've internet searched the topic for the Nagaoka, but found differing opinions galore.
