Recommendations for a turntable

I'll be in the market for a new turntable in the next couple of months and wanted to get started with some questions from the vinyl gurus!
I havent had a turntable for 25 years: Divorce, move, illness was the priority.
I've saved all my albums. Some i've had for over 50 years.

My budget is about 3K.inclu. arm Can go a little higher though if there's a good table and tonearm match.

I don't want a finnicky turntable that needs lots of tweaking.
I want an easy to set up turntable, but of course good quality.
I know the usuals; VPI, Rega,etc.

Also,not sure if i should go direct drive or belt.
I apologize for the basic questions!
Finally, what would be a good phono stage to use? Would that depend though on the turntable i end up with?
