Just kidding... I store mine in a sturdy, tightly sealed box built for that purpose, made by Shure and others for the D-J crowd. It seems critical to keep the polluted air of the Los Angeles basin away from the cart's rubber innards and this seems to have worked well. I think room temperature- the freezer seems like a bad idea.
