And it's all been very positive. I had a retip done on my grace F9E, then managed to break the plastic housing when installing it. Inmate retipper (Peter) read my post here on the subject and immediately e-mailed me asking me to send it back to Soundsmith. A couple of weeks later, it was returned to me, repaired, at no charge.
As I've said before, that's all I needed to know about Peter Ledermann.
As in most things, one usually patronizes a business if he/she receives good service, regardless of what others say.
Methinks Peter has some folks working for him who are not as customer oriented as he is.
