holding my just received SoundSmith Ruby/LC retip for a Grace F9E cartridge. I posted on here lamenting my clumsiness. That same day, Peter Ledermann replied to my post, asking me to send the stylus back to SS and he would repair it at no charge. That told me all I needed to know about Peter and Soundsmith.
